Revolution Bible College & Seminary isn’t just a dream cooked up in someone’s garage (though that’d be pretty epic) RBCS did start with fire in our bones. We are a legally recognized nonprofit religious institution, operating in the state of Texas under religious exemption as outlined in Texas Education Code §132.002(a)(2).That means we offer fully faith-based programs—Bible, theology, spiritual formation, and ministry leadership—without state licensure or oversight, because our mission is spiritual, not secular.
What does that mean?
It means we’re not governed by the state’s secular education system, because our focus isn’t career placement or state-licensed professions. Our focus is forming Jesus-followers, training Spirit-led leaders, and equipping people for kingdom work—not for cubicles.
We offer theological training, ministry development, and radical discipleship, all rooted in the Way of Jesus.
We don’t need state approval to obey a heavenly call.
So yes—we’re 100% legal. 100% exempt. 100% all in.
